02What personal data we process

For the purposes described here we may process the following data, which you provide directly or which we obtain from publicly available sources permitted by law:

  • Full name or company name
  • Federal Taxpayer Registry number (RFC)
  • Unique Population Registry Code (CURP)
  • Tax and delivery addresses
  • Home, office and mobile phone numbers
  • Email address and website
  • Details of the operations you entrust to us: quotes, purchase orders and shipments

We do not process sensitive personal data, meaning data that could reveal racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, political opinions or sexual preference. We do not ask for it in any form and it is not needed to provide our services.

03What we use it for

Purposes necessary for the service you request or contract:

  • Managing and running the logistics services you or your company request
  • Preparing quotes, contracts and the foreign trade paperwork the operation requires
  • Invoicing and tracking shipments
  • Notifying you of changes or updates to the services you have contracted
  • Answering your questions, complaints and requests

Additional purposes, which are not necessary for the service but let us serve you better:

  • Telling you about new services and industry news
  • Assessing the quality of our service

If you would rather we did not use your data for these additional purposes, you can say so at any time by writing to our personal data contact. Declining will never be grounds for denying you the service you request.

04How to limit the use or disclosure of your data

Through any of these channels, stating your name and the purpose you object to:

  • Email to mary.fernandez@beyond3pl.com
  • Phone at 55 1543 2723
  • In writing, delivered to the address listed above

05Your ARCO rights

Mexican law grants you four rights over your data, known as ARCO: access the data we hold about you, request its rectification when it is inaccurate or out of date, ask for its cancellation when you believe we are not handling it lawfully, and object to its use for specific purposes.

To exercise any of them, send your request to mary.fernandez@beyond3pl.com or in writing to our address, including:

  • Your name and a way to send you our reply
  • A copy of official identification, or of the power of attorney if you act on someone else's behalf
  • A clear description of the data concerned and of what you are asking for
  • Any document that helps us locate your data

We will reply within the periods set by law, through the channel you indicate. If we are not the right party to handle your request, we will tell you within three days of receiving it.

06Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time, for all purposes or only some of them, through the same channels as for ARCO rights. Note that withdrawing it for the necessary purposes means ending the service relationship, and that it does not apply where processing is required to meet a legal obligation, such as retaining tax and customs records.

07Data transfers

Running an international supply chain requires sharing certain data so the shipment reaches its destination. We may transfer it, without needing your consent as these are cases the law provides for, to:

  • Customs brokers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, warehouses and agents in our international network involved in the operation you entrust to us
  • Customs, tax and foreign trade authorities, where the law requires it
  • Companies within the same group operating under the same data protection processes and policies
  • Professional advisors bound by confidentiality

We do not sell or trade your personal data. Outside the cases above, any transfer will require your consent.

08The form on this site

The contact form does not send anything to our servers: it opens your own email client with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it. Your data reaches us as an ordinary email and is handled under this notice. The site does not store what you type if you never send it.

09Cookies

This site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The only one it sets remembers the language you choose. Our cookie policy has the details.

10Information security

We have administrative, technical and physical measures in place to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, and unauthorized use, access or processing, and we review our processes on an ongoing basis.

11Changes to this notice

We may amend this notice to reflect changes in the law, internal policy or the requirements of our services. The current version will be published on this page with the date it was last updated, so we suggest checking it from time to time.

12Where to file a complaint

If you believe your right to data protection has been infringed, you may turn to the Secretaria Anticorrupcion y Buen Gobierno, the competent authority since the 2025 reform that dissolved INAI.

This is a translation for convenience. The Spanish version of this document is the one that governs.
