01What this site is
An informational site about the logistics services of Oceanus 4PL and its execution arm, Beyond 3PL. It is not a store or a booking platform: nothing is sold and no payments are taken here. Any engagement is arranged through the usual commercial channels and governed by the contract or quote signed in each case.
02Permitted use
You may read, print and share this site's content for informational purposes. You may not use it for unlawful activity, attempt to reach non-public areas, interfere with how it runs, extract content in bulk by automated means, or impersonate the company or its people.
03Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, text, images and design of this site belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. The media logos shown in the press section are the property of each outlet and appear solely to identify the publication that covered the company.

08Governing law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
This is a translation for convenience. The Spanish version of this document is the one that governs.
